I’ve struggled with weight loss for most of my life. Crash diets and extreme programs didn’t work for me long-term. That’s why I created The Avispa Diet—a flexible, realistic plan based on Paleo principles and intermittent fasting, without cutting out everything you love. It’s built for real people with jobs, cravings, and busy schedules—just like you and me.
